Managing Your Business Settings in Ostana

Overview

This section covers how to access and manage your core business settings in Ostana including profile details, billing, and account preferences.

How to Access Business Settings:

1. Click your profile icon (top-right).

2. Select Settings or use the sidebar and go to:

   • Business Info: Edit business name, location, contact

   • Billing Details: View or update subscription/payment

   • Data Import: Upload CSV files for bulk member/customer import

   • Help: Access support resources or contact Ostana

Tip:

Use Data Import to bring in customers from your POS or CRM before launching your loyalty program.
